TQM’s Experience
The University, the Teachers, the multi-dimensional background of the students in a regular classroom and the multi-faceted initiatives of the master’s Program, compose an excellent learning environment that promotes the consolidation of knowledge, shapes a unique learning experience, and ensures the conditions for the achievement of individual goals for professional career – advancement of our graduate students.
Our graduates are extremely satisfied with their studies in the Program, with the annual Quality Days conference, with visits to companies and educational tours, with the initiatives for Continuous Information and Training of students and graduates, and with the excellent reputation the master’s Program enjoys in applied practice.
Quality Days
Aiming at the Continuous Information and Education of its students and graduates, the Postgraduate Program organizes visits to companies, educational trips and a series of other events with speakers from business executives and graduates.
The Quality Days are an initiative of the TQM International MBA Graduate Program and are organized every year (in May), with the main objective of informing undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as the scientific community, about the developments, trends and perspectives of Quality.
The very high level of training workshops and current practical issues on which the Quality Days are focused are highlighted:
- From a published paper
, the content of which was completed by students during the TRIZ Boot Camp in the framework of Quality Days 2017 and which was published on the website of the American Society for Quality (the largest professional association worldwide). - From the large – very large companies and organizations, whose executives were speakers at the Quality Days.
- By our speakers – our graduates, who hold important positions of responsibility in large or very large companies in Greece and abroad.
Indicative of the opinion formed by those who attended the Quality Days, is the following comment, which was posted on Social Networks shortly after the announcement of the 2019 Quality Days:

Educational Tours & Visits
With the aim of Continuous Information and training of its students and graduates, the Postgraduate Program organizes visits to companies and educational trips in Greece and abroad (Germany Daimler Benz, BMW, etc., Austria Siemens, etc.).
